Our principles

By the book. On principle.

Care at Ally starts from textbooks and evidence.
No overtreatment — and full treatment when it's needed.

01

Textbooks & current guidelines

We diagnose and prescribe by the standard pediatric textbooks (Hong Chang-Yee, Nelson) and current international guidelines from the AAP, IDSA and others.

02

Only the medicine that's needed

We treat the symptoms your child actually has — no bundled prescriptions for symptoms that aren't there. What's needed is given at the right dose, fully; antibiotics only when truly necessary, by a stepwise protocol.

03

Reading what's going around

For three years we have tracked the infections seen at our own clinic, comparing them weekly with national surveillance data — so 'what's circulating in Gwanggyo right now' informs each diagnosis.

Why this test, why this medicine — or why not — we explain in the exam room. Please ask us anything.
